REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to BNI Prashasth. By using our website, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policy. Please read them carefully.


1. Cancellation by Participant

Once registration is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation by the participant.

In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), you may request a transfer of your registration to another person or to a future event, subject to approval by the organizers.


2. Cancellation by Organizer

In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

The organizer will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, etc.).


3. Refund Process

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registrations are final. No refund or cancellation will be allowed under any circumstances.

Once you have completed your registration and payment, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be entertained.
